The Chief Of Staff To President Muhammadu Buhari, Mallam Abba Kyari has died.
This news was confirmed by the spokesperson to President Buhari, Garba Shehu, in a tweet moments ago.
Mallam Abba Kyari was diagnosed with Coronavirus some time ago and has been battling through the virus. He also confirmed that funeral arrangements would be made soon.
His tweet reads;
“The Presidency regrets to announce the passage of the Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari.
The deceased had tested positive to the ravaging COVID-19. He died on Friday, April 17, 2020.”
