Dethroned Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has been seen by reporters preparing to leave Awe community of Nasarawa State, where he was banished to after being dethroned by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State.
Remember that Justice Anwuili Chikere of the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered the immediate release of the dethroned Emir of Kano from confinement/detention in Awe community in Nasarawa state yesterday, March 13. Justice Chikere issued the order after Sanusi filed a lawsuit, challenging his confinement in a two-bedroom apartment in Awe community.
The dethroned Emir, Sanusi will be leaving the Nasarawa community with Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, who paid him a visit yesterday.
