Ekiti State Discharges First Coronavirus Patient After Testing Negative Twice

The index coronavirus patient recorded in Ekiti state has been discharged from the isolation centre after testing negative to the virus.

Kayode Fayemi, Governor of Ekiti State disclosed this on twitter and he revealed that the patient was discharged after testing negative to the virus twice.

Governor Kayode Fayemi wrote;

“Thanks to our resilient health workers, Ekiti state’s #COVID19 patient has now been discharged. With this, Ekiti State has no coronavirus patient at its isolation center. #COVID19Nigeria”
