itel Mobile is back with another budget smartphone – itel A15. The company calls this device “Android Everyone” which references on how affordable the device is. The itel A15 is one of the cheapest smartphones you can get in Nigeria running on Android Oreo.

This smartphone is a good explanation of the basic design. It sports a plastic unibody with front glass which is just about it.
