Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced that 8 more people have recovered from contracting Coronavirus and have been discharged from the Isolation center in Yaba.
According to the governor, a total of eight people which includes 2 females and 6 males have tested negative twice for the virus and have been discharged from the isolation centre and sent back to their families.
The Governor took to his Twitter page to share the good news saying;
More great news today from our Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba. 8 more people; 2 females and 6 males have tested negative and fully recovered from #COVID19. They have been discharged to return to their families.
This brings the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from our facilities to 69.
