Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known by his stage name MR EAZI was born on the 9th of July 1991 (age 28). He is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur, his love for music began from a tender age when it became his father’s tradition to play a record during breakfast.
While in Lagos, Mr. Eazi joined the school choir for a brief time. In 2008, Mr Eazi moved to Ghana to advance his education. He enrolled in the mechanical engineering program at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

He started recording at in time KNUST. He established a party promotion company called swagger entertainment. He used this platform to create book shows and promote events on campus, and this was before he took part in a track titled “My Life.” This song gained the attention of many and became an accessible record at KNUST.
In 2013, Mr. Eazi he returned home to Nigeria and opened his own e-commerce platform, he ventured into many other businesses like gold mining, soft drink importation, and food distribution, as the same time he was also a club promoter but he quite in 2014 when an artist failed to show up for the biggest party he attempted to throw.

Mr. Eazi is famous for his blend of music. He makes a fusion which he describes as Banku music; it is a blend of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chord evolutions and patterns.
Mr. Eazi released his debut mixtape “About to Blow” in July 2013 shortly after his return to Nigeria, this mixtape gave him an international audience following the release of the single “Skin Tight “It featured guest vocals from Ghanaian singer Efya and was produced by DJ Juls. His subsequent mixtape Life Is Eazi, Vol. 1 – “Accra to Lagos,” was released on 10 February 2017. It debuted at number 4 on the Billboard World Albums chart.
Mr. Eazi featured in several hit songs over the years with big names in the industry and was nominated for The Headies Hip Hop World Revelation of the Year in 2018, which he won. He also has won many other awards both at home and abroad. In March 2018, several outlets reported that Mr. Eazi signed a record deal with Diplo’s label Mad Decent. Mr. Eazi signed a licensing agreement with Universal Africa, a subsidiary of Universal Music Group.
