Popular Nollywood Actress, Funke Akindele has taken to her Instagram page to apologize to her fans and friends for hosting a house birthday party despite the lockdown order issued by President Buhari amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Nollywood actress explained that she’ll never intentionally mislead anybody in this bad times.
Funke Akindele, however, stood her ground that everybody that was present at the party was part of the filming cast/crew of a project that’d been in works before the lockdown was issued (Naira Marley included).
Funke Akindele also said that Naira Marley insisted on staying behind even after the Government announced the lockdown.
The actress ended her speech by apologizing and promising to practice what she preaches.
Recall that Naijaonlineguide earlier reported how Nigerians blasted the actress on twitter.

I hear you all and I acknowledge all your honest feedback.
I also thank you for your concerns, well wishes and calls.
