A youth leader, identified as Joseph Pessu was reportedly shot dead by a soldier at Ada Val Arenyenka street, along Ugbuwangue axis of the NPA Expressway, Warri, Delta state for disobeying the lockdown order made by the Government.
According to reports which followed his death, the incident occurred at about 09:40am earlier today while the victim was riding his power bike to go withdraw money to use to get medicine for his pregnant fiancee.
Meanwhile, the death of Joseph Pessu resulted in anarchy in the community as youths attacked the soldiers who allegedly killed Joseph in retaliation to his death.
