Good day.
Please, how do I apply for a prepaid meter?
I am Dr. Owolabi, Block 3, Flat 22, Sogunro Estate, Ogba. Over the past one month, I have been to Oregun Office for my prepaid card activation so that I could make payment since my meter had been showing red.
However, all my efforts for the activation has been abortive because the customer care desk officer has been tossing me up and down since then. I was given a SR-3644490 number but nothing has been done yet.
Please I would really appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks for your anticipated favourable response.
