The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has replaced Toyin Abraham in place of Funke Akindele as their new awareness ambassador after the latter violated the lockdown order.
Recall Funke Akindele was arrested and arraigned after violating the coronavirus lockdown rules and social distancing directives by throwing a house party on her husband’s birthday, with over 20 people in attendance.
Meanwhile, Funke husband’s birthday party sparked several controversy on social media which led to the actress offering a public apology and being arraigned in court.
