Kigali is so clean that it currently holds the official name as the “cleanest city in Africa.” It is located in Rwanda and is currently the largest city in the country. The city’s infrastructure and planning are second to none.
Kigali is clean because both the government and the citizens all contribute to its cleanliness. It is considered taboos to litter the environment, for instance, throw out something from the car while driving in Kigali.
