Nigerian singer, Zlatan Ibile has narrated his childhood struggles and the effort his mom put into feeding his family while and his siblings grew up.
Zlatan Ibile narrated this in a series of tweets as he revealed that his mother used to collect Garri for them to eat on credit, adding that there were some occasions she used only N150 to cook Okra soup for the family.
The talented singer who was grateful for having gone far in the music industry after the humble and poor beginning he had, decided to use the opportunity to inform his fans what he went through while offering to help them with little sums of cash.
The ‘Bolanle’ coroner wrote on his Twitter page: “My mama too #Suffer. “I remember how my mum use to collect Garri on credit and with just 150naira my mama dey cook better okro soup. “If eba no finish we no dey touch meat 4 children 1 meat.”
