Requirements
- You must be fluent in English Language
- Between 20 – 26 years old
- Possess a valid International passport
- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

Note
You can also enroll if you have a minimum of 3.00 CGPA. This should be in degree completed on or before 31 March 2021 in the courses above. It is equally possible to apply with anything lower. MTN Global Graduate Programme has made provisions too.

Before you can participate in the MTN Global Graduate Programme, you must make sure to exhibit MTN values. It includes Get IT Don, Active Can Do, Complete Candour, Complete Accountability, Relationships, Integrity, Innovation, and Leadership.
Where to participate
Unlike the name, MTN Global Graduate Programme is not for Africa. You must be a Nigerian citizen to participate. However, you don’t have to be in Nigeria to do so. MTN has created three regional centers; South & East Africa, the Middle East, and West Africa.
